HavenRise is a new kind of sober living environment in Sacramento. We combine recovery housing with workforce development, behavioral health, and community reintegration to move people from homelessness to permanent stability.
The Problem
Sacramento's homeless population is growing faster than the systems built to help it. Most sober living homes focus on sobriety in isolation. People leave clean but without a job, a plan, or a community. They cycle back. HavenRise exists to break that cycle by treating the whole person, not just the substance.
The HavenRise Model
Evidence-based recovery programming in a safe, structured sober living environment. Peer support, behavioral health services, and individualized recovery plans that meet residents where they are.
Paid transitional employment through social enterprises. Residents earn income, build skills, and develop work history. Partnered with local employers for permanent placement after graduation.
No one recovers in isolation. HavenRise connects residents to neighborhood networks, peer mentorship, civic participation, and the social fabric that keeps people grounded for good.
Every milestone measured. Recovery progress, employment placement, housing stability, and community engagement tracked in real time. Transparent data for residents, funders, and partners.
